EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 48-72 HOURS ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY US AND SUCCESSFULLY PASSES THE QUALITY CHECK. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMPLETE EXCHANGE PROCESS, INCLUDING TRANSIT AND INSPECTION, MAY TAKE UP TO 7–10 DAYS.

ON APPROVAL, A REVERSE PICKUP WILL BE ARRANGED FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.

A ₹150 PICKUP FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGES.

IF REVERSE PICKUP IS UNAVAILABLE AT THE PIN CODE, THE CUSTOMER MAY BE REQUIRED TO SELF-SHIP THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY PEEK A BLOOM. SHIPPING RISKS DURING SELF-SHIPMENT REMAIN THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

UPON VERIFICATION, PEEK A BLOOM MAY OFFER A REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE, OR GIFT CARD, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

FINAL DECISION

PEEK A BLOOM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE OR REJECT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY PEEK A BLOOM SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING.
