DELIVERY
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive timely updates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

HOW IT WORKS
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours (up to 2 attempts).
If pickup is unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship the item back to our warehouse.
Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your pin code.
QUALITY CHECK
Returned items undergo a quality inspection. Requests may be declined if:
The product shows signs of wear, missing tags, or damage.
The item is not in its original condition.
Once approved, your exchange or credit note will be processed.
EXCHANGE TIMELINES
Exchange deliveries typically take 7–10 working days.
If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative product or a credit note for your next purchase.
REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES
Refunds are issued as credit notes once items pass inspection.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final once placed. We cannot cancel or refund confirmed orders.
If a COD package is declined, any prepaid amount will not be refunded.
SALE POLICY
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items.
Shipping for sale purchases may take up to 15 days.
Please double-check product details, size, and color before placing a sale order.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
